SalaryRubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for BMS Servicing Engineer on a Permanent basis, based Nationwide.
Salary is negotiable.
Starting off with site service visits which consist of attending various sites we cover from sports stadiums, amazon warehouses to buildings with plantrooms. Perform a service visit on the system and produce a service visit report from our template. Provide recommendations on parts that require action. Actions to carry out during service:
- Control panel visual assessment.
- Cable terminal tightness check.
- Panel lamps test.
- Temperature sensor readings compared to temperature setpoints.
- Plant operation checks.
- Motor operating current checks.
Working on systems such as Trend, Distech, Niagra and Tridium based platforms
