Oundle School is seeking an experienced Boat Club Administrator, on a part time basis, within the Sports Department!
the Role
The Boat Club Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day administrative efficiency of the BOAT CLUB under the direction and guidance of the Head of Rowing. They will ensure that all related tasks are completed effectively, and in a timely fashion, so that the club can enjoy and succeed in the sports of rowing and sculling and that opportunities are not lost as a result of inefficient administration.
Working within the Rowing team, the role holder will report to the Head of Rowing, and has key working relationships with Sports Coaches, Oundle School staff (both teaching and support), pupils and parents.
The role interfaces with teaching, coaching and non-teaching staff, pupils and parents and includes schools and groups associated with the club and Oundle School.
The role is to work 6 hours per week, for 33 weeks (term time) £3,073 pro rata (FTE £27,601).
THE SCHOOL
Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools have long been associated with the very best of modern independent education, especially boarding.
