Job description Work through customer concerns on our own digital platforms and ensure first-class and individual service You prepare online customer appointments for our service centres to enable our customers to make contactless deliveries on site Communicate with the customer via SMS, email and if necessary, by phone for where required By working with Tesla support, parts service, sales and service locally, you ensure that our customers receive consistent support You work closely with the workshop and the virtual team to ensure an efficient and seamless service for our customers' vehicles Ensure optimal customer experience and best possible customer satisfaction Request Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies to further develop in role Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines and solve problems Basic understanding of automotive techniques related to vehicle repair Digitally savvy – ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language, and other local languages if required Strong knowledge of MS Office Refer code: 2907671.
