Because of our company’s exceptional drive for growth, we are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic operations team as the Regional Bodyshop Manager covering our North sites.
This Regional Bodyshop Manager duties include:
- Traveling to all sites within this region
- Working closely with five sites to maintain KPIs.
- Providing cover to Bodyshop Managers during periods of holiday or sickness.
- Offering training and mentoring to new staff members and Bodyshop Managers within your teams.
- Collaborating with and supporting senior management through effective communication to ensure the sites are meeting key targets.
