Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a Bodyshop Manager. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary.
The main responsibilities for the Bodyshop Manager are as follows:
- Monitor day to day running of the Bodyshop
- Maximise efficiency, productivity and customer experience
- Continuously maximise profitability
- High level quality control and checking of work
- Comply with manufacturer partner audit standards
- Monitor and assist estimates to ensure accuracy
- Coach, mentor and motivate team
- Increase customer awareness on all available services
- Input into generating new business through insurers, private owners, local car dealers
To be a successful candidate for the Bodyshop Manager role you must:
- Have previous experience within a similar role
- Have outstanding attention to detail
- Be an excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Be friendly, polite, courteous, empathetic
- Have proven career progression through a Bodyshop environment
- Have strength of character to ensure robust processes are followed by all
- Be a good motivator to ensure the team want to follow you as a leader
- Have strong organisational and management skills
