Salary: GBP12ph– GBP15ph, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday– 8am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out thorough quality control checks on all vehicles after the repair process, ensuring all work meets the required standards. Polish vehicles to remove any imperfections in the paintwork, such as drips, sags, and scratches, to achieve a flawless finish. Use a variety of hand–held and mechanical polishing tools and apply waxes, polishes, or protective coatings as necessary. Address any customer concerns with the finish of their vehicle, providing excellent customer service and ensuring complete satisfaction. Maintain a clean and tidy work area and adhere to all health and safety policies. Work closely with the paint and body repair teams to provide feedback and ensure continuous improvement in the quality of work. About you
Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive body shop. A keen eye for detail and a quality–driven approach to vehicle finishing. Ability to work efficiently without compromising on the quality of the finish. Good knowledge of polishing techniques and materials. The ability to manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
