The Role:
As a Supervisor, your responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a team of bodyshop technicians.
- Ensuring daily tasks are completed to meet targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining high-quality standards in all work.
- Supporting HR in managing staff, from absences to performance reviews.
- Providing daily reports to the Operations Manager.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
What Kind of Person Are We Looking For?
- Essential: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Essential: Minimum 5 years of Bodyshop experience.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence with a clean record.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
