As we prepare to relocate our Cardiff based Porsche business to Newport, we have several exciting new opportunities for highly skilled Painters, Panel Beaters and Preppers Technicians. Currently under construction, this exciting new facility will offer our team a state of art working environment.
While our new Destination Porsche Centre is currently under construction, the role will be initially based in our Bodyshop facility in Bristol at our Cribbs Causeway site. If you are trained to City and Guilds standard or equivalent, we can provide excellent training to develop your skillset and ensure that you meet the high standards required by Porsche and the Dick Lovett Group. As a Bodyshop Technician, you will report to the Workshop Manager and be responsible for repairing a variety of vehicles in line with Porsche’s stringent repair process. As well as meeting our passionate customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:
Undertake all vehicle painting tasks as distributed by the Bodyshop Manager including:
- Spraying of vehicles, both complete and panel work
- Filler work
- Masking
- Priming
- Topcoat
- Lacquering, polishing and finishing
Essential Qualifications:
- You will need to have served either a recognised apprenticeship and gained a technical qualification or trained to City and Guilds standard NVQ, ATA or equivalent.
- Experience in an official manufacture would be beneficial but not essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence
