Bodyshop Technician required in Swindon.

Our client, a growing automotive accident repair group with 17 centres across England, are currently looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join their centre in Swindon.
Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager and working as part of a team, as a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician your key objectives will include:

• Repair and replace body components to damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition and to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards.
• Assess the best way to conduct repairs and use specialist body repair equipment.
• Support in panel, MET and paint work as required and provide cover in each department during times of absence.

In order to be eligible for this role you will have experience as a multi-skilled bodyshop productive in most disciplines of automotive repair (ideally panel, prep, paint, MET, and strip/fit), working to high standards with a high attention to detail. You will need hold a driving licence, be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of workmanship in a busy working environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for you team. Candidates with experience of working to PAS 125 standards or with an ATA accreditation would be highly advantageous but it is not essential.
