This role is varied and involves administrative tasks, liaising with insurance companies, and suppliers ensuring vehicles are in prestige condition for customer returns, and handling driving duties as needed.Key Responsibilities: * Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Bodyshop team, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation. * Insurance/Suppliers Liaison: Communicate with insurance companies to obtain and provide updates on accident claims, ensuring a smooth claims process. * Vehicle Inspection: Conduct visible inspections to confirm that repaired vehicles meet the prestige condition standards before returning them to customers. * Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that vehicles are clean, well-prepared, and ready for customer pick-up. * Driving Duties: When required, driving tasks, such as delivering vehicles to customers or other locations. * Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.Requirements: * Prior experience in automotive or Bodyshop/Car Dealership operations is a strong asset * Effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers and customers. * Strong organizational skills. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Benefits: * Healthcare Cash Plan * Pension scheme * 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increasing with service) * Discounts on Gym, shopping, and dining * Competitive bonus schemesApply Now: Join their team by sending your CV to Ellie Soden at Pybus Recruitment
