Description
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for Customer Service within the fitness industry and/or sport but don’t necessarily have the qualifications to deliver sessions to clients. You will combine a Customer Service Apprenticeship with a Fitness Trainer qualification, supporting the team and clients from reception to training plans.
After thorough training, as a Bodystreet Trainer you will be involved in all areas of our business.
- Helping with new client engagement.
- Demonstrating our unique workout.
- Delivering bespoke workout sessions to our clients.
- You will be happy to talk to enquirers about Bodystreet.
- Book trial sessions and deliver workout sessions for our clients.
- You will also be expected to muck in with every detail of the studio including cleaning the shower if that what it takes to have our boutique style studio looking at its very best for every client.
If you have a Level 2 qualification that’s great, but we will train the right person. We are not looking for prima-donnas; but great team players. You will need to be genuinely interested in people, have a great communication style and lots of enthusiasm. A background in hospitality, sales or Customer Service will all be beneficial. We are happy to hear from people of all ages from the young person finishing college to someone with more experience of life.

- Full Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard
- Personal trainer qualification
- Functional Skills if required
After thorough training, as a Bodystreet Trainer you will be involved in all areas of our business helping with new client engagement, demonstrating our unique workout and delivering bespoke workout sessions to our clients.
