The key role of the Booking Administrator will be to help organise installation appointments with customers ensuring an efficient and friendly customer experience with every call.
This role is being offered on a temporary.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Managing inbound calls and outbound calls with customers, booking installation appointments
– Resolve calls in a calm and professional manner, including answering questions or giving advice where appropriate
– Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of help topics, job scheduling
– Use computer systems to manage customer appointments, record call details, and log tickets
– Effectively manage own workload
– Demonstrate strong customer service when speaking to customers
Candidate Profile
– Strong administration skills
– Experience working in a similar appointment-setting role
– Ability to work accurately and efficiently
– Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
– Experience working in a fast-paced environment
