Booking Administrator

Your new companyYou will be working as a part of a small team within Sales and Marketing, in a professional service setting. Currently, there is a team of 3, and they are looking to expand to a team of 6, due to continued growth.Your new roleYou will be responsible for sending out introduction emails to prospective clients, who have interacted on social media or opened emails. You will engage with customers and book appointments for the sales team to follow up and sell services.Update databases, support onboarding new clients, answer calls, work with a 3rd party provider in regard to obtaining dataWhat you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who, like other members of the team, prides and strives to give the best service possible and go the extra mile for customers when required. To be considered for this role, you will have experience working within a busy administration / sales environment and have good customer care and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and remain calm and assured under pressure.
