Job description
- Acting as the first point of contact for all queries and managing a portfolio of clients.
- Following up with all client communication in a professional manner and providing an excellent standard of service.
- Uploading all relevant compliance on the CRM system and using excellent attention to detail.
- Working closely with colleagues in a very busy team and supporting projects.
- Diary management for Directors and organising logistics.
- Sending our information packs to clients on request.
