SalaryReed Accountancy are working with a leading organisation in the Renewable Energy sector to recruit a Bookkeeper as the business continues to grow.
Location: Hull
As a Bookkeeper you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s financial operations. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, analysis, and adherence to industry standards. This role will offer a career development path into Finance Manager role as the business continues to expand.
Remuneration:
- Salary of £30,000 – 35,000 depending on experience
- 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (can be flexible)
- Study support for accounting qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with industry standards
- Perform monthly reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
- Process day to day accounting transactions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports
- Support the development of accounting policies and procedures
- Assist in the audit process and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
