Salary We are delighted to be working with a Lloyd's syndicate to support the hire of a Bordereaux Manager.
You will be joining and be a key part of the wider delegated authorities team and have responsibility for managing their boredereaux processing outsource provider relationship; monitoring and ensuring SLA's/KPI's are achieved and providing additional training when needed, along with being the point of contact for query resolution.
In addition you will be working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and improve reporting capabilities for bordereaux data to support the review and assessment of binder performance.
To be consider for the role you must have extensive experience working with bordereaux data and be a confident communicator.
