We are collaborating with a distinguished niche law firm exclusively dedicated to handling cases related to brain injuries. Given the substantial workload in the pipeline and ambitious expansion plans, there are several opportunities available for Grade A Solicitors interested in joining a team of seasoned practitioners specialising in Brain Injury and catastrophic injury claims.
Our client deliberately maintains a limited caseload to adhere to their key principles of working differently, beyond the traditional legal model. In this role, you will be expected to handle approximately 5 cases, encompassing a mix of Brain Injury cases and other catastrophic injuries typically valued at millions.
We are seeking ambitious lawyers (Solicitors or CILEx) with a minimum of 8 years PQE who have experience dealing with schedules of loss, witness statements, and claims exceeding £500k, among other aspects. Unlike most traditional law firms, our client has no financial or billable targets and places strong emphasis on client care, ensuring the provision of an all-encompassing service to meet their customers' needs while ensuring maximum compensation is obtained.
An enticing salary and a generous benefits package are on offer. Remote work is available for four days a week, with one day in the office located in Manchester.
