Branch Administrator - Cadnam - up to £11.95 per hour

A Branch Administrator is required for our client, a kitchen design specialist, based in Cadnam. This will initially be a temporary ongoing role with the aim for a permanent position. You will be the point of contact for all general administration duties within the showroom.

The fixed working hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5pm.

Main responsibilities:

• Answer and direct calls to the relevant people
• Raising invoices and sending to the clients
• Deal with VAT & CIS Returns
• Greet new & existing clients that come into the showroom and take new possible leads
• Receive and check in small parts deliveries into the warehouse & PC database
• Liaise with cleaners and trades persons to keep the showroom and office maintained

Key skills required:

• Experience with payroll, expense reconciliation, VAT returns and CIS returns
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
• Previous experience within administration or accounts
• Competent phone manner
• High level of accuracy in both numeracy and literacy
