Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Inspire: Take charge of a dynamic team of 28 Commercial Insurance professionals, guiding them to new heights.
Client Satisfaction and Growth: Oversee corporate client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth.
Strategic Vision: Develop and implement strategies to elevate income targets from an impressive £5 million to an ambitious £10 million within 3-5 years.

Qualifications and Experience:
