Key qualifications include:

• Demonstrated experience in retail and distribution management.
• Exceptional customer service aptitude
• Strong organizational and efficiency skills
• Excellent presentation capabilities
• Previous exposure to or enthusiasm for the automotive industry
• Comfort working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Possession of a valid driving licence.
• Proficiency in MS Office Packages and analytical tools, including xls and other Google tools.
• Willingness to learn and acquire new skills, including IT proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Company Director to effectively manage and elevate the business.
• Regularly assess competition and adjust the company’s sales strategy accordingly.
• Analyse and evaluate potential new customers.
• Efficiently manage inventory and distribution
• Drive sales by showcasing merchandise and products, exceeding sales targets.
• Address inquiries and complaints while monitoring customer service standards.
• Communicate with suppliers/manufacturers regarding the import of goods.
• Uphold high standards of performance, personal presentation, and discipline within the branch.
• Ensure consistent excellence in customer service within the branch.
• Manage supply chain logistics, including warehouse operations and inventory.
