Key qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience in retail and distribution management.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude
- Strong organizational and efficiency skills
- Excellent presentation capabilities
- Previous exposure to or enthusiasm for the automotive industry
- Comfort working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Possession of a valid driving licence.
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages and analytical tools, including xls and other Google tools.
- Willingness to learn and acquire new skills, including IT proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Company Director to effectively manage and elevate the business.
- Regularly assess competition and adjust the company’s sales strategy accordingly.
- Analyse and evaluate potential new customers.
- Efficiently manage inventory and distribution
- Drive sales by showcasing merchandise and products, exceeding sales targets.
- Address inquiries and complaints while monitoring customer service standards.
- Communicate with suppliers/manufacturers regarding the import of goods.
- Uphold high standards of performance, personal presentation, and discipline within the branch.
- Ensure consistent excellence in customer service within the branch.
- Manage supply chain logistics, including warehouse operations and inventory.
