Branch Manager

Adecco are currently recruiting for well-established Company who are seeking an experienced Manager to join their expanding team. As a Manager you will be involved in all daily operations, team management and identifying future areas for development and implementing delivery solutions

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Hours of work: Monday - Friday; 9- 5PM

Salary: negotiable, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the insurance team understands its duties and its role within the organisation.


• Identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company.


• Responsibility to managing budgets and plan to maximise efficiency & performance.


• Contribute to training and development of the team and organisation.


• Actively supporting Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans.


• Maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional standards, responsibilities, and obligations


• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.


• Manage, direct, and monitor insurance activities and the overall performance of the team to increase efficiency and maximise performance.


• Effective liaison, support, and assistance with the whole of the organisation.


• Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with internal and external clients/customers and suppliers.


• Actively promote and arrange marketing & networking events.

Requirements and qualifications

• Must have 3 years minimum experience working in an insurance environment


• Educated to GCSE level


• Cert CII qualification is an advantage
