Our client, a highly regarded Estate Agents, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead their team in delivering exceptional service to clients. If you have a passion for real estate, a knack for leadership, and a drive for success, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
- Coach the team to achieve KPIs and exceed targets
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, conducting one-to-one meetings as needed
- Encourage team development and progression
- Focus on generating new and repeat business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings to meet their needs
- Negotiate offers and secure sales
- Ensure compliance with process and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency, ideally at a Senior Negotiator position, Property Valuer, or higher
Strong team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of current legislation in the real estate industry
Proficient in IT tools and systems
Strong leadership and people management abilities
Package:
Competitive basic salary: 22,000 to 25,000
OTE: 50,000 with uncapped commission scheme
Company car: BMW 1 Series or monthly car allowance
