As an Experienced Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. This role involves managing a small team, developing business strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of property professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Business Development:
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Residential Lettings portfolio in the Slough area.
Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with landlords, and secure new instructions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Address and resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally.
Property Management:
Oversee the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and high service standards.
Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance and repair activities.
Financial Management:
Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective action where necessary.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational metrics.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties and attract quality tenants.
Utilise digital platforms and traditional methods to increase the company`s visibility in the local market.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Residential Lettings and property management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local property market in Slough.
A record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations in the property industry.
Full UK driving license.
