Branch Operations Manager

ZONE are a Blinds and Curtains company based in Wishaw & Glasgow. We supply Window Blinds, Curtains, Pelmets and other Soft Furnishings.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an individual with management experience to help run our new branch in Queenslie, Glasgow. You will be involved in everything from processing orders to organizing fitters and even controlling the fleet. This is an office based role and you should be physically fit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing customer orders.
• Daily Cash & Credit Card Reconciliation
• Planning the work for a small production workroom.
• Planning the fitters work and routing their calendar.
• Liaising with Sales and Fitting teams to ensure both teams communicate and work part of a team.
• Maintaining the branch and ensure Recycling & Waste is managed.
• Implementing new systems and controls as necessary

THE CANDIDATE:

• Ability to work well as part of a team and as an individual.
• Must be able to help to ensure processes are adhered to.
• Ability to manage & organise supplier orders.
• Has great organisational skills and able to work under pressure.
• Computer & Tablet literate.
• Aware of how to manage costs
• Can visit a customer in their home or talk on telephone to resolve any issue.
• Ability to solve problems or issues on the job.

SALARY INFORMATION

• Starting Salary is £28-£30,000 per hour
• 30 Days annual leave
• Performance Related Bonuses

HOURS OF WORK

• You will work 40 hrs per week, from Monday to Friday.
