Responsibilities
Assisting the Service Manager with the running of the depot in Buckinghamshire
Supervising the team of field and workshop based engineers
Taking an active role in developing the hire and service side of the business
Attending management meetings and acting as a connection between the branch and senior management
Liaising with customer to ensure service is being carried out to their expectations
Requirements
The company are ideally looking for an individual that has experience of supervising within the Material Handling industry. They would also be interested in speaking to candidates with similar experience from a closely related industry such as construction equipment, commercial vehicles, agriculture of automotive. Another option could be for an engineer within forklifts looking to step up. In terms of location, you will need to be based within commutable distance of Buckinghamshire since the role will be depot based.
