We’re a scale up business and we need more talent to add to our ever-growing team, that’s why we’re now recruiting for a International Brand Activation Manager to continue to support and nurture our International Expansion. We've successfully launched in the USA , Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Turkey.


Purpose of the role


This is an opportunity for an individual that is both commercially and creatively minded. As part of a growing organisation you will have the support of an energetic & experienced team whilst being given the responsibility & autonomy to flourish.

As International Brand Activation Manager, you will be responsible for implementing joint business plans (JBPs) including operational set up tasks, launch campaign planning & ongoing marketing activity management. Your day-to-day role will be varied and could involve planning in-store launch events to working with our UK Distribution Centre to resolve a shipment query.

As a natural planner, you will utilise your excellent organisational skills to ensure all projects are running efficiently; taking ownership for delivery dates and assigned budgets to ultimately ensure we are achieving our business goals.

Your communication skills and ability to build relationships will ensure momentum and effectiveness whilst your positive energy, solution-oriented mindset and natural ambition will fuel our growth for the future.


To give you a taste, some key responsibilities will include


  • Building relationships with our retailers & distributors and activating the joint business plan (JBP) to create profitable mutual growth in our key brand territories
  • Account management– key point of contact for our international retailers & distributors
  • Marketing campaign planning & execution – applying the UK brand strategy and guidelines, making them fit for market
  • Supporting our Head of International in conversations with new & existing market partners
  • International travel – to research new markets, nurture existing relationships and activate marketing campaigns
  • Research – including market & competitor research, consumer surveys & wider industry trends
  • Reporting – ensuring all activity is tracked & measured for effectiveness and commercial impact
  • Assisting the wider team in achieving shared goals
  • Act as a role model for Green Sheep Group’s culture and instil our organisational strategies, contributing, shaping and driving our Internal Expansion strategy.


Now over to you, we would love for you to have


  • Strong project management skills; highly organised and proactive, with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally a minimum of 25%
  • Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills with the aptitude to learn further internal systems
  • Positive energy & creative flair
  • Agile, ‘can-do’ attitude able to adapt from planning / project management tasks to creative thinking
  • Collaborative and supportive with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • 5 years relevant experience in either International Account Management / International Marketing or Brand Management, Experience within the nursery industry would be advantageous
  • Full clean driving licence and passport required
  • Ability to speak multiple languages would be advantageous


Due to the nature of this role and the requirement to travel, ideally you will be located within a 90 minute commute of an airport and a 60 minute commute to our Head Office in Snitterfield, Stratford-Upon-Avon.
