Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Manage the planning, co-ordination and execution of key brand campaigns to drive enhanced brand performance within a key global account, ensuring plans are aligned to the overall marketing strategy to drive market share growth, increased sell-through and brand heat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation, development and delivery of key Brand Activation plans, to support the JD marketing strategy and calendar across all channels whilst ensuring best-in-class execution
- Deliver and adapt brand toolkits to ensure relevancy of toolkits across all channels, identifying requirements for bespoke tools and localized extensions where relevant
- Drive trend and consumer-relevant partnerships across cultural, talent, and activations, to engage our core audience and increase brand consideration
- Effective management of multiple external agencies and scoping of new agency requirements
- Influence the seasonalaccount marketing calendarto ensure adidas wins at the point of purchase by category, in key doors and against the agreed KPIs
- Understand product, customer and consumer needs across all channels to inform planning and investment decisions
- Build and execute innovative and creative new channel strategies, to connect with the consumer in relevant spaces
- Collaborate with global market counterparts to ensure consistency of the adidas brand across JD’s global estate
- Collaborate with key internal and external marketing leads to ensure alignment in objectives and to leverage key strategic or commercial opportunities to drive future digital and retail growth
- Create and own seasonal critical paths, ensuring enhanced planning and on time in full delivery across all workstreams
- Ownership of budget planning, reporting and measurement of success across all campaigns and channels, formulating clear commercial decisions regarding investment priorities

- Solid experience in marketing and campaign planning across retail, digital, social, paid media, events and content creation

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in marketing preferred
- Omnichannel marketing experience: 5 years minimum
