AddressA brand-new paid placement program to Gymshark, the Brand placement student will become an integral part of the Gymshark brand team. Your mission will be to hold an unwavering belief in the Gymshark brand and a fierce passion for what's new in our audience's world – you will be the brand ambassador, working with all departments which bring together Gymshark's value proposition in the four areas of Lifting, Conditioning, Fashion x Fitness and Youth Culture.

Placement Start Date: 1st July 2024.
Placement Duration: 13 Months (includes a one-month handover with the current placement student!)
Location: Solihull, UK
Closing Date: 31st March 2024 (applications may close before the deadline, so please apply early to avoid disappointment)
Assessment Centre Date: 14th May 2024 (at Gymshark HQ, Solihull)
What you'll learn:
You will gain experience in:
- Writing & working on briefs.
- Working as part of a Brand team.
- Supporting/Shadowing other members of the Brand team on tasks including brand positioning, audience segmentation and collaboration consultation with all teams in the business.
- Collaborating with Creative, Marketing, and other Brand teams.
- Creating and presenting briefs.
- Representing Brand and the consumer in key stakeholder meetings.
- Working on-live campaigns from beginning to end.
- Develop an understanding on principles of branding and marketing.

- Expert and up to date knowledge & passion for the gym / lifting / fitness industry and consumers.
- A passion and understanding of how Brands use social media influence to connect with the consumer.
- Experience working with others, through university work or self-started work.
- Experience in making presentations & presenting ideas.
- The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- The belief you can come in and make our team better.

TO BE ELIGIBLE, YOU MUST:
✅Be currently studying an undergraduate degree at university
✅Be able to take 13 months out to do a year in industry before going back for your final year
✅Have the right to work in the UK (unfortunately we cannot provide sponsorship for placement students)
✅Be happy to work from our HQ campus in Solihull, West Midlands
✅Be ready to start from July 2024
