ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join this established Liverpool-based business. As Brand Manager you manage the development and expansion of your categories NPD curated through range architecture and in-line with building brand assets. This is a fully immersive position that requires a creative and innovative mindset driven by determination to achieve set goals with the support of a dedicated and experienced team. Working closely with internal teams to coordinate multiple bespoke projects alongside supporting and contributing to business strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all NPD for your category with internal and external designers
- Communicate directly with suppliers on NPD projects.
- Oversee and approve all marketing assets - packaging/photography/videography/literature.
- Work closely with the online marketing team to ensure brand campaigns and communications are delivered
- Support internal teams with updated portfolio, pricing, and merchandising solutions along with attending customer meetings as the Brand Ambassador.
- Work in association with the stock and purchasing teams to manage product life cycle.
- Travel to key suppliers (factories and tradeshows) internationally.
- Trade show planning - product display and attendance during key shows throughout the year.
- Co-ordinate product launch within key calendar dates
- Present new products internally to stakeholders for sign-off and product launch presentations.
- Organise and attend meetings with Directors, senior managers on strategic plans and updates.
- Demonstrate success through sales from NPD, new customers, or savings through resource projects.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
The role would suit a candidate from a Buying/Product background with experience/interest in working with associated brands and marketing. Experience in the Homewares category would be ideal.
- Knowledge of product development process and different departments associated with it
- Accountability for products from creation to launch
- Similar creative industry experience developing products
- Proven Product Manager experience of developing and implementing brand strategy
- Experience with product/graphic designers external or internal
- Excellent negotiation skills

FYI: This is a hybrid role - based in the office x3 days per week.
SALARY
Circa £50,000 (Flexible depending on experience)
