Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 – depending on experience.
Reporting to: Senior Marketing & Communications Manager
Contracted hours: Permanent Full-Time – 37.5 hrs per week
Location: Standlake, Oxfordshire. There is the option for informal hybrid working, in agreement with your manager.
The Brand Marketing & PR Executive role
If you have the talent and ambition to take ownership of the Brand Marketing and PR for a growing charity, this newly created Brand Marketing & PR Executive role is for you.
We have big plans to increase our brand PResence and develop our service offerings, both nationally and internationally. This is where you come in.
You will be a key member of our Marketing and Communications team as the Brand Marketing & PR Executive. This is a vital role which will drive us forward, allowing us to help even more emotionally traumatised children, young adults and those who work with them.
We’ll look to you to:
· Get involved with and take responsibility for creating, planning, and executing our Brand Marketing and PR campaigns.
· Measure and optimise all Marketing and PR campaigns, making sure they are performing at their best.
· Work closely with our leadership group and agencies to deliver increased brand awareness, brand engagement and conversions.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has…
· Experience of working in a similar role.
· A thorough understanding of Marketing and PR processes, concepts, and best practices.
· The ability to work independently, but also collaboratively within the team and with external partners.
· The legal right to live and work in the UK.
