Position Overview:
As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating our brand's reputation and presence within the competitive luxury hotel market. You'll contribute to the creation of marketing assets, development of materials, and implementation of strategies that align with our brand identity and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Advertising: Support creative development, media planning, and campaign analysis.
- Branding: Ensure consistency across all marketing collateral.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research projects and monitor competitor activity.
- Marketing Materials: Assist in developing new materials and coordinating updates.
- Photography and Film: Support production and management of marketing assets.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels.
- CRM: Assist in executing selected eNewsletters campaigns.
- Digital Marketing: Manage the brand's digital presence and website updates.
- Event Coordination: Organise and promote brand-related events.
- Internal Marketing: Contribute to Fortissimo website updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or brand coordination, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for brand consistency.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
