The Role

We are recruiting for the role of Senior Account Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B account management, branding and/or marketing with an interest in creativitity and financial services. You will need a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, with great communication and organisational skills, and be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure. As a team player you will have based your career on building and maintaining strong relationships with recognised clients and will have the passion, enthusiasm and determination to help take the team to the next level.

Our Client  is a branding and creative agency based in Vauxhall, London. We are a combination of working from home and office based.

 

 

 

Our focus is on the dynamic international investment industry and our clients are some of the largest brands in the world. We want someone who can help develop brands and campaigns, work alongside our designers, strategists and the rest of the account team.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Manage and support on projects and account responsibilities

 

·       Building revenue from existing clients

 

·       Developing new business opportunities

 

·       Managing individual project budgets and reporting into senior team members by providing billing information and reconciliations when necessary

 

·       Managing and reporting on client meetings

 

·       Working with Studio and Director to prepare proposals and timing plans

 

·       Working with other team members in the writing of creative and strategic briefs

 

·       Ensuring that all relevant documentation is stored and well organised

 

·       Keep the account team and client up to date with competitive news and market trends

 

·       Making sure that all account tasks get done in an efficient manner

 

·       Ensuring deadlines are communicated and met

 

 

 

 

 

Essential Skills/competencies:

 

·       Strong experience working on branding projects and end-to-end campaigns as well, as ad-hoc projects

 

·       The ability to work across both digital and traditional media

 

·       Impeccable attention to detail

 

·       Excellent communication/presentation skills and confident manners

 

·       A proactive, driven and hands-on approach

 

·       Passion for and strong knowledge of the investment industry

 

·       Proven track record of developing strong client relationships

 

·       Demonstrable knowledge of marketing principles and best practice on document writing

 

·       Experience in selling and presenting creative and strategic work
