Branded Medical Planner

eSift is currently seeking a Branded Medical Planner to join our client, a leading distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, medical, and healthcare products. This role will be supporting the Branded Medical Supply Chain team with replenishment duties of a specific range of manufacturers, bespoke customer ordering processes, product transfers and other day-to-day tasks which may develop in line with the business’ requirements.
 
Salary: Up to £33k per annum (12 month FTC)
Location: Chessington  
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Perform replenishment duties in the described manner
• Obtain stock information from manufacturers on a weekly basis
• Review / maintain most up to date customer messaging at all times
• Maintain “lean inventory levels” in accordance with order cycles
• Manage bespoke customer ordering processes against monthly deadlines
• Support the supply chain team with annual leave cover and or day-to-day activities
• Establish professional long-term relationships with external- & internal stakeholders 

Requirements:
 
This role requires building strong internal & external stakeholder relationships, responding to their requests, supporting them by ensuring excellent ongoing service whilst delivering against the business’ agreed KPIs (key performance indicators). 
 
This individual needs to be customer focused. The individual will also require MS Outlook- & intermediate excel skills.
 
The individual needs to be a self-starter, able to work autonomously or as part of a team. 
A good understanding and knowledge of supply chain / logistics / replenishment within the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare- or FMCG companies is beneficial but not a requirement.
 
On the job training will be provided as required.
