Salary My client is a well-established litigation law firm who are based in the heart of Manchester City Centre and they are on the look-out for an Breach of Contract Fee Earner to work closely with the Housing Disrepair Team.
My client works in several areas of law including Housing Litigation and clients across the UK and they want to continue to deliver a top quality service to their clients
The main reason for this role is due to the volume of work now being undertaken by the firm and to ensure that these litigation cases are litigated in a timely manner and my client requires Fee Earners to enforce settlement agreements and ensure work is carried out following the settlement of their disrepair claim.
For people with an experience in other types of litigation, this is a great chance to get into housing litigation. Experience in advocacy would be a huge plus. To pursue a significant number of part 8 procedures and/or applications for agreement breach and candidates who have volume litigation experience are encouraged to apply especially if Proclaim has been used in previous roles
