-7am to 3pm Five out of seven days. 40 hours per week
- Organizing the preparation and presentation of all breakfast menu items, ensuring a high standard is met.
- Ensuring the breakfast service is prompt and efficient.
-preparation and serving of afternoon tea, including making cakes and sandwiches to a high standard
- Complying with all company food hygiene, health and safety, fire and COSHH regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
