SalaryBreakfast chefs here at Bedruthan play a vital role in ensuring our guests start their day with nutritious, pleasurable and memorable dining experience. Working closely with our head chef to provide a strong selection of breakfast options to cater for all preferences and dietary requirements.
No two days here at Bedruthan are the same, so responsibilities will vary however you can expect to be responsible for:
- Completing preparation of our products according to the recipes and standards set by our head chef.
- Monitoring and managing breakfast service, ensuring a smooth flow and timely delivery for our guests.
- Maintaining your areas cleanliness, tidiness and adhering to highest hygiene levels.
- Being receptive to feedback from the team to improve your methods and progress your own skills.
- Feeding back directly to our head chef regarding stock management, and kitchen inventory.
- Working with our front of house team to address guest requests and dietary requirements to provide a personalised and exception experience
