Breakfast Chef – Hotel  

Salary £20,000

We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef for a busy 4* hotel golf & spa resort in Hexham Northumberland.

The ideal Breakfast Chef will have previous experience working for a large hotel. As the Breakfast Chef you must be confident cooking ala carte breakfasts along with preparing buffets to a high standard.

About You

• Experience working in a high volume, fresh food kitchen
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Reliable with excellent time management skills
• Team player
• Ability to work unsupervised

The Role

• 5am / 6am -2/3pm  start /finish times
• Working alongside another Breakfast Chef running a busy a la carte and buffet service restaurant
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures of working in a kitchen 
• Maintaining a clean working space at all times
• Lunch service prep
