We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our clients culinary team. As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that their guests start their day with delicious and satisfying breakfast offerings!
Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth breakfast service, communicating any special orders or dietary requirements to the team.
2. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering breakfast ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the breakfast preparation area, including equipment, surfaces, and utensils, in compliance with food safety standards.
4. Adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures to prevent food contamination and waste.
5. Assist in the development of new breakfast menu items and recipes, ensuring that they meet the standards of quality and presentation.
6. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure that breakfast service runs smoothly and that guest requests and preferences are accommodated.
7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, working effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional breakfast experiences to our guests.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and methods, with the ability to prepare a variety of breakfast dishes to high standards.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as required.
5. A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional breakfast experiences to guests.
6. Relevant culinary qualifications or training are desirable but not essential.
