Part Time Seasonal Breakfast Cook

Location: Langho, BB6 8BG

Salary: GBP11.66 per hour

Shift Pattern: April - October, 7.30am-11am Saturday and Sunday

Our client is an independent charity dedicated to supporting and caring for the police from recruitment into retirement.

The Role

• Maintain the work area, including counter tops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration equipment in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Follow all food service safety protocol, temp logs, and sanitation logs.
• Ensure knowledge of all menus and all food products.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize workloads to efficiently produce high quality products in a timely manner.
• Preparing and properly cooking all breakfast items.
• Assist any kitchen helpers at any given time.
• Prepare and serve the breakfast buffet.
• Responsible for the breakfast shift including breakfast setup, clean-up and supervising any kitchen helpers.

Role Requirements

• Must have 1 year of previous culinary experience.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Catering/customer service experience is mandatory.
• Must exhibit a positive attitude and be able to work alone and in a team.
• Candidates must have the ability to instruct and train others the ability to handle multiple tasks occurring at the same time.
• Must hold a food hygiene certificate that is in date.
