As our business grows, so does our team! We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic full-time Breakfast Kitchen Team Leader to help support our Kitchen Manager and team in delivering an exceptional breakfast service to both hotel guests and the general public alike.
As a Breakfast Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll be punctual, hard-working, and diligent, leading by example to ensure a great quality meal for every guest, whilst supporting the Kitchen Manager with stock and ordering, and always maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and cleanliness. You'll work up to 30 hours per week depending on your needs, across five mornings.

Job Description
As a Breakfast Kitchen Team leader, you will…
- Work alone 5 mornings a week, providing breakfast to hotel guests (10 hotel rooms);
- Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations;
- Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors;
- Deputise for the Kitchen Manager and resolve any issues that arise in their absence;
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service making sure everything runs like clockwork.
