The Hotel Restaurant serves varied breakfast and evening menus while The Lounge Bar offers lighter snacks and beverages. We have an impressive 17 event rooms accommodating up to 800 delegates and the rooms can be adapted to match individual needs. This makes us a perfect choice for small meetings or larger conferences and gala dinners.
Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Breakfast Manager onto the team. Main duties will include:
- Manage and supervise the breakfast operation, ensuring the department runs smoothly.
- Ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Support other breakfast staff whilst on shift.
- Be responsible for recruitment of new staff.
- Ensure hygiene and health & safety legislations are followed.
- Ensure that the kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Deal with customer complaints appropriately.
- Early start day shifts
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and previous hotel experience of managing food & beverage operations. Strong communication skills are essential.
