We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Supervisor

We are set in the heart of 25 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, on the edge of the historic market town of Wokingham and within easy reach of the commuter towns of Bracknell and Reading.

We are looking for a supervisor with a true passion for hospitality to join us on our exciting new journey to further enhance our guest experience.

The Role:

As part of the overall Food & Beverage Management team you will assist with the control and management of the food and drink departments within the overall policies and controls ensuring that the brand values and standards are delivered and budgeted profitability achieved.

Ideal Candidate:

Our perfect Breakfast Supervisor will be a strong team leader, naturally confident, highly driven and have a focused and ambitious nature. The ideal candidate will also previously have worked within the hotel/hospitality sector. We are looking for a fun person who enjoys interacting with customers and other staff members

Desirable or Required:

· Flexibility, no two days are the same.

· Great organisational and time management skills .

· Being able to act upon customer feedback relevant to your areas of responsibility. This includes resolving customer complaints and acknowledging compliments.

· To be actively involved with and suggest promotional opportunities to enhance sales.

· To ensure effective stock rotation and maintain stock levels in accordance with hotel business

· To maintain effective communication within your team by holding regular briefing sessions and attending hotel meetings when required.
