AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!
The Breakfast Team Member contributes to RBH's goals and values by supporting the Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Supervisors with the breakfast operation in the 4 star Hilton Aberdeen TECA.
We are looking for a great personality, can do attitude and someone that loves working with people. No previous experience needed as all the training will be provided!
You will not only become a part of RBH but a part of Hilton Family, giving you access to amazing Team Members rates all over the world!

WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING?
Your new role of Breakfast Team Member will see you working in the Hilton Aberdeen TECA on the site of The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA).
You will be working in 200 bedroom Hilton in Aberdeen, which forms part of The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA), includes an executive lounge and up to 10 meeting rooms of variable sizes along with a cocktail bar, two very stylish speciality restaurants, fitness centre and wet leisure and spa facilities.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for an individual who has.
- A great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive, and instinctive
- A proven track record in a similar role
- Strong training and development skills so you can share your skills with others.
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to be “the best” with high standards.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate the individuals within your team to support them in achievement of their personal development goals.
- Good proven organisation and planning skills gained through previous experience
