My client is providing the exciting opportunity for a BREEAM Assessor to join their multidiscipline consultancy in their Nottingham office. This opportunity allows you to work for one of the UK's largest consultancies to work across a range of projects across varied sectors.
BREEAM Assessor role responsibilities include:
- Assisting with BREEAM projects
- Helping Design Engineers meet BREEAM requirements
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing sustainable solutions whilst securing new projects and opportunities
- Managing your own projects
Role requirements for the BREEAM Assessor role include:
- BREEAM Assessor qualified with a BREEAM AP certification being desirable
- Relevant experience within a BREEAM assessor role
- Knowledge and experience of environmental certifications such as WELL and LEED
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience within a client facing role
