BREEAM/DREAM Sustainability Consultant

Your new role
Your responsibilities will primarily involve: BREEAM, DREAM and Sustainability - learning and undertaking BREEAM / DREAM assessments and advising clients on meeting their Sustainability / Net Zero objectives with the help of existing team members, supporting on a range of projects such as custodian, defence, schools, offices, and life sciences
As part of our established team of multidisciplinary engineers and sustainability specialists, you will have the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the various environmental systems for buildings, undertake assessments, provide sustainability advice and visit sites to see work being undertaken, whilst working towards professional membership.
Full training in DREAM will be provided to the right candidate.
What you\'ll need to succeed

• A basic understanding of BREEAM is essential, but all training will be available for the right candidate.
• Work experience in sustainability or built environment within a consultancy.
• An MSc and/or BSc degree in Environmental Sciences/ Geography/Architecture/Engineering.
• Good understanding of the fundamental principles of sustainability
• Needs to be willing and able to obtain security clearance. Therefore, visas and sponsorship can not be offered.
