Bridal Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated Bridal Consultants/Stylists at Lula Ann Bridal who are passionate about helping brides find their perfect wedding gown. 

As a Bridal Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with brides from diverse backgrounds so strong communication skills are essential in order to effectively understand and meet the needs of each bride.

Duties
- Assist brides in finding their dream wedding gown and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive and memorable experience for brides and their guests
- Guide brides through the entire bridal shopping process
- Help brides select dresses that flatter their body type and suit their personal style
- Offer expert advice on dress alterations, sizing, and customization options
- Co-ordinate appointments using our internal online diary system
- Maintain a clean and organised store

Experience
- Strong personal skills with a warm and approachable manner for both verbal and written communication
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple appointments and tasks simultaneously
- Upselling skills to recommend complementary accessories and services
- Experience in luxury retail or knowledge of the fashion/bridal industry would be desired but not a necessity as full training will be given .
