We are actively searching for a Broadcast Operational Support Engineer to bring their expertise to several significant projects in collaboration with esteemed technology partners.
As a Broadcast Operational Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-level technical support for operations, leveraging cutting-edge remote production technology from key partners such as Ross, Evertz, EVS, and RTS. Your responsibilities will span technical support, continuous improvement, system maintenance, vendor management, and seamless team collaboration. Located at our Raynes Park base, you will provide additional support to OBs and weekend work will be required.
Ideally, you will have proven experience in operational or support roles within the broadcast industry; a good understanding of broadcast solutions, including playout, encoding, transmission, and distribution; knowledge of remote production workflows; and familiarity with broadcast technologies and systems, including BT Vena, SDI, IP, Dante, Madi and JPEG XS. You should have effective interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration with clients and teams. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred. A full driving licence is essential.
