Job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Broker & Key Account Sales Executive to join our successful team in Poole. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum with an OTE up to £42,000, plus excellent benefits.

About the Broker & Key Account Sales Executive role:

We are looking for someone to continue and build relationships with our Key Account clients and broker sales for the brands we represent. The ability to work in an organised manner, both individually and as a team, is required along with an ability to provide a high level of client care at all times. There is an opportunity to excel in development of yourself and collaborate with colleagues.

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5pm

Responsibilities as ourBroker & Key Account Sales Executive will include:

  • Consistently providing and recording from enquiry and order to delivery process internally 
  • Utilising Group delivery processes in place at the time
  • Maintaining electronic stock levels in systems for both physical and imminent stock  
  • Ensuring reports and handover dates are as per VW recommendations
  • Maintaining the CRM database using agreed systems to provide regular, systematic reports showing activity, contacts, communications, sales progress, sales analysis and potential areas for sales, profit and lost opportunities
  • Owning the sales objective and achieving the objective number

What we’re looking for in our Broker & Key Account Sales Executive:

  • You will have strong communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Communicate with potential customers at both entry and senior level to ensure all offers and customer potentials are exploited accordingly
  • Quickly build rapport with new and existing points of contact and stakeholders internally and externally
  • Liaise with customers regularly to build relationships and maintain levels of customer satisfaction
  • Computer literate and willing to learn bespoke systems
  • Full valid driving licence  
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and communication skills
  • Possess a can do attitude
  • Full clean UK licence
