Job Title: Broker Management Administrator

Vacancy Type: 12 Month FTC

Location: Bracknell Hybrid 1 day office based 4 days WFH

Salary: Up to £26,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm

About the Role:

This position will need great attention to detail and you will be responsible for undertaking due diligence and admin tasks associated to the on boarding new distribution partners including company and broker set ups. The position will also manage the distribution of procuration fees to the panel of partners. This is well suited to anyone working on a position where they work with brokers, have great admin skills and attention to detail, when carrying out due diligence checks.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the end to end due diligence process for origination distribution partners and broker intermediaries
  • To effectively register and set up broker companies and individual brokers in line with policy and processes
  • Resolve issues identified with broker/broker company set ups and manage pipeline activity
  • Become an expert in use of Lender Portal and CRM
  • Adhere to all processes and policies, ensuring that excellent quality assurance results are consistently achieved
  • Management of daily tasks, activity and enquires that fall into the Broker Management inbox and ensure all turnaround times and SLAs are met
  • Management of the distribution of procuration fee payments for panel partners
  • Establish an excellent working relationship with all members of Lending Services and internal departments
  • Management of distribution data to ensure we have up to date contact details for our distribution panels
  • Control and management of Broker access in Lender Portal and all CRM data, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Maintain Dashboard Regional data, ensuring data assigned to correct region and facilitating change requests
  • Monthly production and distribution of MI reports for our key panel partners
  • Provide testing support when new functionality/systems and processes are introduced
  • Support the Director of Lending Services in any additional tasks required

Experience required:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience gained in a similar role processing administrative task, working with brokers
  • Mortgage sector experience is desirable nut not essential
  • Good word and excel skills are highly desirable
