With rapid growth comes great opportunity for the right people. They are now looking to recruit highly motivated people to join their team as a Broker Service Co-ordinator to work at their head office in Manchester.
Prior insurance experience is not a prerequisite as this role will include a structured training programme including support in attaining professional insurance qualifications. In conjunction with your training programme, you will gain underwriting experience from day one and develop very quickly to expand your technical competence. The foundations you build in this programme will enable you to forge a successful career in an exciting professional financial industry.
This role involves high levels of data entry/processing including entering data from various sources and maintaining the database by keeping information completely up to date within specified time frames. Therefore, excellent attention to detail is key.
To be considered for this exciting and challenging role, candidates must want to work in an environment where open and direct communication is key and learning capacity will be challenged continuously. This role will be suited to a graduate (both College or University) looking to enter the insurance industry. Experienced administrators will also be a good fit for the role.
The insurance industry isn't known for being dynamic and forward thinking, but our client is different. We do see this position as a potential entry into Software developer, Underwriter & Analyst roles. Strong IT knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word experience would set any candidate apart.
